Love this place. Food was so great! Spices, texture & flavor were phenomenal. Asked for their recommendation & started with a vegetable appetizer. It has mushrooms, carrots, some kind of shredded potato, but the freshness & flavor were like nothing I’ve ever tasted before. Lamb skewers were awesome! So were the Chinese noodles with chicken. Just fantastic. So glad I stopped in there.

This place serves the most delicious and authentic Southwestern China style noodles. The broth is umami, noodles are chewy, and the seasoning is perfectly balanced with savory and spicy. Every friends I know who tried this restaurant fall in love with it.

Update August 2nd 2024 Same Delicious beef broth for all noodle. Lamb skewers great not stink at all, . That noodles were so different, they flew through my stomach. I ordered beef noodles, spicy noodles, and a cold appetizer. I want to try more next time

The standout is definitely their noodles—especially the wide, flat spicy ramen, which is fragrant and delicious. Pairing it with some BBQ items keeps the overall cost reasonable. If you pay with cash, they offer even better discounts, which is a nice bonus. I highly recommend this spot for its authentic Lanzhou ramen and Xi’an-style Northwestern Chinese cuisine. The noodles are perfectly chewy and the flavors are spot-on.

We decided to try a restaurant that we always to try. Lanzhou Noodlelicious is a fantastic place. The food was delicious and flavorful. It's great to see a chef make fresh hand pulled noodles for your dish. Our waiter, who was by himself, was great and answered all our questions about the dishes. He was friendly and work very hard to help all the guest. The Braised Beef Noodle Soup is one of the best I've had in San Diego. The best part is you get to choose the type of noodles you want in your dish. This was a great experience and the food was delicious. We definitely will return for another meal 1. This place is AMAZING. The menu (aside from being filled with great food) is adorable, and features a German Shepard riding on a green bean pod for some reason. 10/10, that's fantastic. The service is outstanding, with kind and friendly staff, who are super helpful and happy to explain anything you could possibly want to know. The food though- buckle up, sweetheart. It is PHENOMENAL. We had the pick-3 cold dish for an app (red oil potatoes, seaweed and woodear mushrooms- killer), my man had the cumin beef noodles (handmade noodles!), and I had the sour cabbage fish pot, which is now my favorite dish and l'm honestly a little mad that's the first thing I ordered here, because now how could I order anything else?! If you love Chinese, check this spot out. You won't be disappointed!

Great decor, clean, and lively music. Super friendly staff and the food came out quickly. Flavors are amazing and the spicy oil is super spicy . Highly recommend this restaurant.
